If You Want To Get Rich Quick, You’re In The Wrong Place
If you believe the infomercial gurus who claim you can make thousands of dollars buying or brokering cash flow notes while you are still in your pajamas, you won’t like this website.
I don’t do infomercials. I don’t do telemarketing. I don’t sell dreams. I don’t do any of the things the “gurus” do.
What I do is buy cash flow notes and help others buy or broker them. I’ve been investing in them since 1981. It took me six years to even think I had enough knowledge and experience to try to teach it. I firmly believe you have to earn the right to teach. And keep earning it throughout your lifetime.
You can find lots of people on the Internet and TV who claim to be cash flow note experts and do their best to sell you their courses and tell you how rich you’ll get. This is a small industry. I’ve been in it for 30 years and never heard of most of them.
There are far too many people who teach but don’t do.
What they won’t tell you is that finding marketable cash flow notes is not easy. Most beginning note brokers give up.
If you want to learn more about brokering and investing in cash flow notes — real estate-secured or otherwise — you should take it slowly and easily — and free.

I’d rather make a modest amount by doing that than ripping people off by selling them impossible dreams.
The reason we can offer our instructional materials so cheaply is that we don’t do infomercials, take out newspaper ads, hire telemarketers, do mass mailings or any of that stuff; thus no payments to infomercial producers, cable networks, newspapers, telemarketers, direct mailers, etc.
Much of the information on our website is a download. Minimal overhead = minimal prices.
The Internet is full of people you would never invite into your home. How can you check them out — me or anyone else? Google their name with words like “scam” and “fraud.” Another way is to ask them for their eBay account name. Then look up their feedback. That´s a pretty good indication of how they conduct themselves in business. My eBay account name is reformedelder.
