Ripoffreport.com is downplaying the charges against Dalbey and his company. It fails to mention this from the FTC news release — that Dalbey is accused of:
“defrauding consumers, in some cases out of thousands of dollars, with phony claims that they could make large amounts of money quickly and easily.”

This guy is a joke. I have known him for years and he wanted me to lie on tv for his note course and of course I refused and he even used two of my note transactions as advertisement. i hope he gets arrested.
I bought his program years ago and never had a note bought, but i spent $40 that was it. He seemed like a scam artist to me in the commercials. I am a real estate investor and he is scamming peoiple out of 50,000 or 75000 he should be behind bars, that is ridiculous. Idiots like this hurts honest investors who partner with other investors to do deals. He is a clown and deserves to go down hard for what he has done to others.
THIS IS A HUGE SCAM. NOTHING WORKED! THE WEB SITE WHERE THEY GAVE U BUSINESS CARDS DIDNT WORK. THE PROGRAM WAS NOT EASY AT ALL. THE WEB SITES THEY GAVE U TO HELP FIND NOTES DID NOT WORK. THIS WAS A SCAM. I LOST ABOUT $2300 . I ASKED FOR A REFUND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE A REFUND BUT THEY DID NOT… I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY!
